The 5th iteration of the “Vale’s Helmets” project is a replica of the helmet Rossi wore in the memorable 2007 Dutch Grand Prix in Assen, a victorious race which secured his 87th first place. Designed by Aldo Drudi, the visuals of this unique helmet honor the music & pop culture of the 50s & 60s with pastel, pink, & blue shades. Only 2,007 of these replicas will be produced. With the helmet comes a letter from Rossi himself, wherein he describes the ideas leading to the graphic & shares his feelings engendered by the race. The FIM-homologated AGV Pista GP RR Assen 2007 helmet is made of 100% carbon fiber for exceptional lightness & has air vents designed for aerodynamics & stability at high speeds, plus a 5 mm thick Ultravision visor for a 190° panoramic view. An Adaptive Fit system allows for customization of interior to ensure optimal comfort.
